This service links your computer directly to the helpdesk at mitra IT through an online connection. A technician then scopes out your trouble, makes adjustments, sends files or software directly where it needs to go. You can observe the entire process.
As a security measure, the connection cannot be made without your consent and the session may be ended at any time by closing the connection window.
We cannot guarantee results, but all charges issued during a remote session will be credited towards onsite work if required and authorized.
